Meet the Artists

Young Till

Young Till is an established artist who owns & operates the Forever Young Gallery at 64 McMahons Road, Young.   Before moving to Young in the Hilltops region Young Till practiced art in her homeland Korea. Young creates diverse works using many mediums however her favourite material to draw with is pastels. She is inspired by what she sees around her and her Korean Culture and the stories of the Hilltops community.

Eddie Mowat

Eddie, Canberra-based painter, has been an active Street Artist for over 20 years. He creates colourful Murals and Canvas work in Acrylics, Enamels and Oils. His work centres on transforming city spaces with bold and bright coloured community art with a focus on Lettering, Portraiture, Landscapes, Pattern work and Abstraction.

Louise Adams

Louise art practice includes fine art & sculptural work. Louise works in pencil, acrylics, mixed media, and pastels in her artworks. Louise portfolio includes carved sculptures from soapstone & limestone and figurative wire & plaster sculptures. Louise exhibits her work widely throughout NSW and has work held in private collections throughout Australia & overseas.

Heather Ruhl

Heather is a practicing artist, and an active member of the Young Society of Artists Inc. Heather is a landscape artist, working in mixed mediums, incorporating mono prints into her Collage Landscapes & works on paper her. The Forever Young Gallery will display a collection of drawings from Heathers travels around Australia.

Leah Reeves

Artist, Leah Reeves is a proud Kamilaroi woman living on Wiradjuri land, a visually impaired (legally blind) artist from Young New South Wales. Due to an immune disorder, Leah says “I lost my vision around two years ago so I’ve swapped my brushes for my white cane and my hands. Leah uses her paint pour resin to produce beautiful jewellery on display at Forever Young Gallery. Two weeks only

Jeff Peady

Jeff Peady is one of the Hilltops Regions amazing artists working & craving in wood his woodwork will once again be seen at Forever Young Gallery & at Grove estate winery during Off the Beaten Track. Art & cultural trail
