Dear 2026 Trail Blazers and Supporters — it’s time! Registration for the 2026 Hilltops Off The Beaten Track Arts & Cultural Trail is officially open.

Registration closes 1 October 2025.

When do registrations close?

Registrations are open until 1 October 2025. This allows us time to create the printed program.

I’ve hit a snag with the form — who do I contact?

If you run into any problems with the registration process, please email hobtrack@hilltopsarts.org as soon as you can so we can resolve it for future registrations.

Can I save and finish later?

We suggest you have all the information ready. The form will save your changes until you submit at which time it will reset, and you will not be able to make any changes to the form until a listing is created on the website. At that time, you will be provided with a log in to allow you to make changes. Or… send your changes to hobtrack@hilltopsarts.org and we will make them for you.

What happens after I submit?

Your registration will be reviewed and if approved a payment link will be sent for your registration fees and once payment is complete an event listing will be created on our website and in our printed program.
