About the Artist
Tori Rose is a contemporary and abstract Australian artist living in the remote rural town of Lake Cargelligo, NSW. She is deeply inspired by the landscapes, colours and resilience of mother nature and humanity and is drawn to creating intuitive pieces that highlight the joy and unique beauty of her surroundings through an abstract expressionist lens.
Tori loves creating intuitive pieces that are raw, energetic and full of life. Her art is joyfully inspired by many Australian artists, layering acrylics with pastels, oils and other mediums. Tori also draws inspiration from uninhibited child-like creativity and aims to bring happiness to her audience through her works.
Tori grew up within the Hilltops region and is honoured to be exhibiting with Barwang Wines in the Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Art Trail. She recently was exhibited within the renowned Melbourne Affordable Art Fair and is currently represented by the Gioia gallery in Melbourne, Iconiko in Geelong as well as other regional galleries and stockists.
About the Venue
Barwang vineyard has been the home of Barwang Wines since 1969. A stunning and iconic vineyard set amongst the rolling hills between Harden, Boorowa and Young. Visit the newly opened cellar door and view the art exhibition of talented young artist, Tori Corcoran who creates bright, colourful, abstract painting inspired by her rural, creative life.
Our Cellar Door will be open each weekend throughout the art trail and by appointment Monday-Friday.
