On opening night, Kevin Greaves of Reload Productions brings his 25 years of experience to the big screen, offering a practical and entertaining talk on the art of special effects and movie magic.

This event also celebrates 20 years of cinema at Southern Cross Cinema & Arts Complex in Young.Ā Run by dedicated volunteer members of Hilltops Arts Incorporated, this is truly something to be celebrated. The Cinema is something our community should be very proud of. Being the only movie theatre and a vital arts and cultural hub in the Hilltops region we are calling for the local community to help us reignite the Magic of Cinema by coming along to our movies whenever possible.Ā There is nothing like the immersive feeling of watching your favourite movies on the big screen and sharing the experience together.
