Join Beverly Moxon at the Old Courthouse in Murrumburrah for a demonstration of weaving techniques using natural fibres and fabrics.

Beverly will showcase the art of coiling using fabrics as well as locally gathered materials, including native grasses and pine needles, blending her textile background with the textures and colours of the surrounding landscape.

With a lifelong connection to nature, Beverly draws inspiration from the vibrant Australian countryside, using Eucalyptus dyes and innovative techniques such as shibori and rusting to infuse her work with the essence of place.

This demonstration offers a unique glimpse into how materials can be transformed into beautiful woven art. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the artistry of fibre weaving firsthand!
