No, all are welcome, the program runs as lead & follow

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothes & soft shoes or socks- your choice

Why does the class start seated?

So that we start relaxed to warm the body & joints then progress to isolating parts of the body as well as work on rhythmic work, brain challenge sequences before optional standing and concentrating on balance, strength & coordination.

Do men attend?

YES! We encourage everybody to move for their health & wellbeing- we need more men attending to support their mobility & mental health!
